Options Services Inc. was co-founded in 2004 by Preston Washington and Dynel Wood who have over 50 years combined experience in the field and is devoted to providing quality supports that focus on physical activity, responsibility, intellectual engagement, and community interaction. Options provides a variety of supports to meet individual needs. Our mission is to assist individuals to become healthy, responsible and active members in the community.  

Mr. Washington has worked as a case manager in the mental health field and has many years of hands on experience working with individuals who require extra support with behavior management. Preston has a particular interest and a extensive background in physical fitness (as reflected in our fully equipped gym!).

Ms. Wood has been a behavioral consultant at the local and state level for over twenty years.  She has consulted in state hospitals, schools, individual homes, and with various agencies throughout Kansas and in Idaho. Ms. Wood is proficient in state laws and policies regarding Home and Community Based Services.   

Together they are responsible for creating a company that has grown from supporting one individual in his home to one that supports over 50 individuals in day and residential settings throughout Johnson County.
